Personalised Nutrition Plan

The starting point is to understand your food choices – what you like, dislike, are you vegetarian – do you skip meals and then understand your habits. We need you to record a typical week’s meals so that we gain an understanding of all your habits, good and bad and include all those naughty treats.

We will then offer advice in any changes that we feel would help you to achieve your goal faster and easier and yes, you can still have a few treats.

Please note: we only offer advice on healthy eating guidelines – there is no “fad” diet to try here – no matter which celebrity is doing it or endorses it.
