Unless already experienced in training or exercising then we will start slowly here. We will know what you enjoy and dislike from our original meeting. The idea is to get you a little more active, at your pace not ours. this will help you to motivate yourself with realistic goals to beat.

This can be gym based, swimming, yoga, Pilates, martial arts or you can go for nice walks etc.
