Regardless of your age or background, it is never too late to make small changes that will make you look and feel better about yourself.
What’s wrong with a nice brisk walk with the family? Or a quick workout routine whilst at home? Combine these with good nutritional choices and you can still enjoy the odd beer, or chocolate and the foods you actually enjoy.
Making gradual changes that last and make everyone feel better – involving the whole family with walks and activities – this then is less likely to become a chore.
Most people do not enjoy the thought of training – but, perhaps you have been advised by their doctor – perhaps you look in the mirror when trying on clothes and dislike what you see – the list goes on but I know that we can all make changes.
